Preparing Royal Icing

Procedure
- Pour the icing sugar into a large mixing bowl.
- Then, pour the Meringue Powder with the icing sugar.
- Mix together at a low speed.
- Pour 6 tablespoons of water and increase the speed to medium.
5. Increase the speed after adding the 1 tablespoon of water.
* If crumbly, add one more tablespoon of water.
* If the icing becomes too soft, add a little more icing sugar. Add half tablespoon more of water.
6. Finally, pipe the icing on a cake, cupcakes, etc.
