Recipe for Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Cold Water
Instructions for Baking the Cupcake
- Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Then, put the cups into the baking pan.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder. Make sure to get rid of any clumps.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients ( baking soda, sugar, and salt ). Then, mix them together.
- Add the wet ingredients carefully ( oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and cold water ). Mix together and make sure there are no more lumps.
- Finally, pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
* Poke a toothpick or fork after every five minutes.
Cool before spreading icing or eat without icing.
