Recipe for Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda1 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 5 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp White Vinegar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract                            1 cup Cold Water   
Instructions for Baking the Cupcake
 
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Then, put the cups into the baking pan.Sift the flour and cocoa powder. Make sure to get rid of any clumps. Add the remaining dry ingredients ( baking soda, sugar, and salt ). Then, mix them together.Add the wet ingredients carefully ( oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and cold water ). Mix together and make sure there are no more lumps.Finally, pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.  
* Poke a toothpick or fork after every five minutes. 
Cool before spreading icing or eat without icing.
