Chocolate Chip Cookies

What You Need: 
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 tsp. vanilla/ vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup flour 
  • 1 tsp. baking soda 
  • 1 pack (300g) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions:
  1. ) Heat Oven to 375 F.
  2. ) Beat Butter, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla in a Large Bowl until Light and Fluffy. Stir in Flour, Baking Soda, and Chocolate Chips; Mix well.
  3. ) Drop Tablespoons of Dough, 3 inches apart, onto Baking Sheets. 
  4. ) Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on Baking Sheets for 5 minutes.
  5. ) Remove Cookies to a Cooling Rack to Completely Cool Down.
  6. ) Enjoy! :)

Preparing Royal Icing

Preparing Royal Icing 

Ingredients:-

  1. 4 cups Icing Sugar (Powered Sugar) 
  2. 3 Level Tablespoons Meringue Powder
  3. 5-6 Tablespoons Water 

Procedure  

  1. Pour the icing sugar  into a large mixing bowl. 
  2. Then, pour the Meringue Powder with the icing sugar.  
  3. Mix together at a low speed.
  4. Pour 6 tablespoons of water and increase the speed to medium.
* If crumbly, add one more tablespoon of water. 

     5.  Increase the speed after adding the 1 tablespoon of water.

* If crumbly, add one more tablespoon of water. 
* If the icing becomes too soft, add a little more icing sugar. Add half  tablespoon more of water.
    
      6. Finally, pipe the icing on a cake, cupcakes, etc.
